Paved, in need of repair in places but can really haul ass on it. open to bikes and runners so be careful.
Turn off 11 E to 107, or the tusculum bypass, turn right on Sam Doak Road, then turn right on West Rd. and Circular Park is on right, follow parking lot past the pavillion and another small parking lot for trail is to left. Trail head here.
